Espresso
We’ll start with the espresso since it’s one of the main ingredients in all the other coffee drinks served at Café Kantary. Espresso is coffee made by forcing boiling water using high pressure through very finely ground, fresh coffee beans. The taste it delivers is bold and concentrated, and when it’s served alone, it’s usually served in a small demitasse cup.
Americano
An Americano is simply made by adding boiled water to an espresso. This provides a cup of coffee that’s less strong than an espresso but still provides the richness and full flavour of the coffee beans.
Cappuccino
